Thank you for signing up for the In Vino Veritas Tasting Experience on August 21, 2021 at 5 PM Pacific / 8 PM Eastern.
I will have the 3 wines for the month shipped to you at the shipping address you entered when you signed up for the event. I will email you the shipment tracking number when it is available. Please ensure that someone 21 or over is available to sign for the shipment.
Store the wines on their sides. Chill the white and rosé wines at least 2 hours before the tasting.
Print a tasting mat for each person attending your tasting. Download a PDF Tasting Mat here or on the main In Vino Veritas page.
15 minutes before the scheduled tasting, open all three wines. Put a clean wine glass on each of the three wine bottles on the mat (to keep the wines identified) and pour a small tasting into each.
