Each moment is a gift.  Each morning is a great present for you to open, a blue sky wrapped in the pink ribbon of dawn.  Each day is a flower unfolding in beauty, spreading her perfume across the garden of life.  Each relationship is a deep and mysteriously beautiful cave for you to explore, discovering the etching of the past upon the walls and the flickering fire of new love ignited within.

Everything is yours to open and explore.  With each moment that passes, a new possibility emerges, in infinite variety.  Opportunities sparkle around you, like diamonds in the grass.  It is all there.  It is all yours.

Open to it.  See it.  Clear away the clouds of confusion and doubt and fill yourself with faith.  Clear away the darkness of fear and fill yourself with shining love.  It is all there.

I Am This Today

I am full of faith.  I believe in myself and all that I am and I love myself completely.  I know I am strong and capable.  I know and can handle whatever life brings to me.

I am surrounded by help at every turn and can always seek and receive guidance.  I am deeply loved and treasured.

I open to the world around me, coming from this center of faith, this center of love.  I see the sparkling possibilities surrounding me and breathe in courage, the courage to open to new things, to risk living my truth, to act in full connection with what is.

I am connection.  I am love and peace.  I am.
